DataSync Suite now delivers advanced integration for SugarCRM and Exchange/Outlook and BPOS in cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. Exchange and BPOS users can now easily archive email to SugarCRM opportunities directly from all Microsoft Exchange clients including Outlook, Mac Mail, iCal and Address Book; and iPhone, BlackBerry and other ActiveSync mobile devices. In addition, they will have the advanced interoperability features from Riva's SmartConvert Drop Folders to automatically convert an email into a CRM opportunity, quote, case or account. Users now have the option to connect and sync with either Microsoft Exchange mail or recently released Microsoft hosted BPOS within DataSync Suite.
